These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between

and customers regarding the purchase of digital products via this website.
2. Subject of the Contract
The subject of the contract is the sale of digital software products, including NinjaTrader add-ons, indicators, and analytical tools.
All products are delivered as digital content, not on physical media.
3. Contract Formation
A contract is concluded once the customer completes the checkout process and payment is successfully processed.
Access to the digital product is provided thereafter.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise.
Payment is processed via the available payment providers.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made digitally via download or email.
No physical products are shipped.
6. License and Usage Rights
The customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
The following is strictly prohibited:

Public sharing

Use for automated trading unless explicitly permitted
7. No Financial Advice
All products and content are provided for educational and analytical purposes only.
They do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
Trading futures and leveraged instruments involves substantial risk.
The provider is not liable for:

No guarantees of profitability are given or implied.
9. Right of Withdrawal – Digital Content
The right of withdrawal expires once the customer expressly agrees to the immediate execution of the contract and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal for digital content.
10. Governing Law
German law shall apply.
Jurisdiction shall be the provider’s place of business, where legally permitted.
